Unfinished conversations are kept for a maximum of 90 days and are then deleted automatically. If you complete the conversation and leave your details, we keep the conversation with your request for as long as is necessary for our administration. You can always ask us to delete your conversation sooner; please use the email address stated elsewhere in this policy.
