AI transparency
Dutchify uses AI as a tool. This page explains where we use it, how people remain in control and what you can do if something is incorrect.
Where we use AI
Bo helps website visitors organise a project request and create a draft project brief. In our admin environment, we use AI to prepare draft copy, translations, internal links and, at times, images.
Bo is an AI assistant
You are communicating with an AI system in the chat, not a human. Bo uses your answers, shared files and limited context about your visit to ask relevant follow-up questions. One of our team members then reviews your request and personally follows up.
What AI does not decide
AI does not accept or reject clients, set personal prices, or make decisions about access, credit or staff. A team member remains responsible for external communication, proposals, publications and follow-up.
Human review
AI output can be incorrect or incomplete. Copy intended for clients or the public is reviewed by a team member before it is sent or published. Treat important arrangements as final only after a team member has confirmed them.
Personal data and files
Our privacy policy explains how we process chat data, visit context and uploads, how long we retain them and what rights you have. Do not share passwords, identity documents, medical data or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Questions, objections or corrections
If you believe AI provided incorrect information or you want a human review, email info@dutchify.ai. You can use the same address to request access, correction or deletion of personal data.
