Why do you start at €500?

Because we work with a modern, reusable component framework and a tight process. We don't have to reinvent the wheel every time — that saves hours, and we pass those savings on.

Do you charge a fixed price or hourly rate?

For Complete Websites we use a fixed project price starting at €500. For Custom Applications we charge €80–150 per hour, or a fixed project price after a short scoping. Either way, you know where you stand up front.

What if my scope changes during the project?

We scope every project carefully in advance. Changes outside scope are handled via a short change request — with a fixed price and clear impact on planning, agreed before we start.

Are there recurring costs?

Yes: hosting, domain name and any external tools (an email service, for example). That typically runs €15–€40 per month. Maintenance and updates are optional — the first 3 months of support are included by default.

Why is a custom AI project more expensive than a website?

AI projects require data analysis, prompt engineering, integrations and usually a short proof-of-concept. The operational impact is also large: a well-implemented AI workflow often replaces hours of manual work per week.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Our standard terms are 50% at kick-off and 50% at delivery. For larger projects we split into three or four milestones, so you pay as the project progresses.

What happens after launch?

You get 3 months of free support included — small changes, bug fixes and advice. After that you choose between a maintenance plan or ad-hoc hours.

Do I get the source code?

Yes. Once the project is delivered and paid, the code is yours. No vendor lock-in. We're happy to host, but you can also self-host or move to another party.
