How does RepliQ work?
Receive email
All incoming emails are retrieved from connected mailboxes and displayed in the RepliQ interface.
Gather context
The RAG system searches historical data, documents, crawled websites and CRM data for relevant context.
Generate response
The AI writes a personalized response based on the collected data and analyzes the last 5 conversations to match your writing style.
Escalation or sending
If a suitable answer is found: send immediately. No match? Automatic escalation to Jira, ClickUp or a second-line employee.
Resolution & notification
After resolving an escalated ticket, the system receives a notification and automatically sends a confirmation email to the customer.
