The challenge
A platform combining multiple channels
Fit Square wanted to offer products, subscriptions, content and services in one consistent customer journey. That required more than a standard webshop: a dashboard where customers can manage their orders, subscriptions and preferences.
On top of that, marketing flows, order notifications and repeat purchases had to be automated without feeling like a generic newsletter. And the platform had to be discoverable from day one in a competitive market.
